Project Overview

Initially instructed to undertake internal disrepair works to address defects affecting the tenant's living accommodation. During the project, further inspections identified that the external access walkway and surrounding external fabric had deteriorated significantly and required urgent remedial works.

The project was expanded to include both internal and external refurbishment works, improving the property's condition and extending its service life.

Project Management

A dedicated Contracts Manager oversaw the project with daily site supervision and multi-trade coordination. Additional defects were assessed and managed via CVI, the programme was updated to incorporate variations, and continuous liaison with the client ensured approvals and updates throughout.
