Project Summary
This project involved a full internal damp and mould refurbishment to restore the property to a safe and habitable condition. Works included a complete bathroom renewal with new sanitaryware, acrylic wall panels, flooring, radiator, extractor fan, shower fittings and associated plumbing works. The kitchen was renewed to the Newham specification, including new flooring, ceiling repairs and extractor fan works.
Throughout the property, damp and mould treatment was carried out, damaged plaster repaired, stain block and sealer applied, followed by full redecoration to the living room, bedroom and hallway. Additional works included window repairs, joinery repairs, flooring renewals, internal door replacement, service boxing and a full property clean on completion.
Resident Engagement & Liaison
A vulnerable tenant was identified and supported, with clear communication maintained throughout. Works were explained in advance and at each stage, delivered with a respectful, patient and considerate approach, and safe access with daily courtesy maintained.
Project Management
A dedicated Contracts Manager oversaw delivery with daily site management and supervision, close liaison with the client for approvals, a programme managed to minimise disruption, and all variations managed and approved.

Final Inspection & Handover
Final inspection with client and tenant; NICEIC EICR issued; property clean and ready for handover.
